6 big drumsticks chop into 3 pieces each
3" Old ginger shreded
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine1 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3. Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash cut chicken rub with salt and rinse with water.
2. Heat up the sesame oil and fry ginger till light brown. Dish out half to later garnish on cooked chicken
3. Add chicken and stir fry, add soy sauce4. Add rice wine and stir fry
5. Add water and cover till done.
